We chose ComplyAssistant Office Suite (COS) because we needed a way to document all of the compliance and business processes at the North Brooklyn Health Network.
Toward this end, COS automates the key compliance tasks we do every day, such as, a variety of monitoring and auditing initiatives, along with the management of compliance issues.
We are able to conduct automated assessments in order to identify gaps and gather benchmark data for monitoring purposes. Key compliance details are captured for ongoing reporting purposes and used to drive improvements via our work plan.
COS helps us to connect compliance policies and procedures and crosswalk them with documented incidence of non-compliance, and close the loop by documenting the corrective actions that we take in response to non-compliance.
Given our strong comprehensive compliance approach, COS is helping us achieve and maintain evidence-based compliance. Thru this effort, we now have an automated compliance management dashboard tool that makes the documentation of evidence-based due diligence easier to do".
