Gerry Blass, President and CEO Gerry has worked in healthcare IT for over 30 years for HIS (health information systems) companies and hospitals. Gerry's background in IT has been a combination of sales, application development, technical management, and compliance management. It was in his role of information security officer that Gerry became determined to automate the management of the numerous day to day compliance activities. Gerry formed Blass Consulting LLC (BC LLC) in 2001 and developed HIPAA ComplyAssistant which is installed in a number of healthcare organizations across the United States. HIPAA ComplyAssistant automates the management of compliance activities for HIPAA privacy and security. Gerry and Sandeep formed ComplyAssistant LLC in 2006 and developed ComplyAssistant Office Suite. As a result, users of HIPAA ComplyAssistant who want to automate the management of multiple compliance rules in a single database now have a clear migration path to ComplyAssistant Office Suite.
Sandeep Gupte, Executive VP and COO Sandeep has worked in information technology in both the healthcare and financial industries for over 15 years. Sandeep has designed and developed a multitude of custom software applications for leading businesses ranging from hospital personnel systems, risk management systems, financial portfolio accounting systems, as well as fund raising management software. Sandeep formed Summit Global Solutions, Inc, in 2003 with a primary goal to deliver state of the art information technology solutions, such as innovative software development and systems, and strategic solutions that create high levels of work flow efficiencies for businesses and produce a high return on investments (ROI).
