ComplyAssistant LLC was formed in 2006  to create ComplyAssistant Office Suite (COS), a new compliance dashboard tool that automates the management of multiple compliance rules in a single database.

COS is designed to run on your intranet or via the internet, and is flexible enough to handle any size organization and any number of compliance laws.

We offer pre-defined content for various compliance rules. Each compliance rule content is a "plug-in" and utilizes the same software functionality. This design results in a standard  approach for automating compliance management.

We continue to enhance our innovative software solutions by listening to our client's recommendations and adding them to the software functionality.
